Syllogistic Management Solutions was formed in February 2010 by a group of passionate people with years of experience in property management and in implementing Yardi Voyager. We started with a vision that differs from most consulting companies and built from there. Our business is founded on the following:

We take a different approach to consulting. Implementing an ERP system is an expensive decision, but like a car, once you drive it off the lot it starts depreciating. You wouldn’t think of skipping the oil changes on your car. Why would you skip the oil changes on your ERP system that costs 30 times as much? After the transition, we help you remain aware of upgrades, new modules, and other opportunities to continue to enhance the value of your system, all without a monthly subscription.

Nobody sets out with a new system with the intention of replacing it in ten years, but skipping the “oil changes” sets you up for just that. A good maintenance plan will pay off ten times over. We earn Clients for the long haul and can tailor our services to your specific short- and long-term needs, whether two hours a year or two hundred.
Selecting a consultant can be a difficult process, and having a good understanding of what you are facing in an implementation often requires the ability to foretell the future. Whether you choose a full-service implementation or just to hire a guide for your journey, we can fill any role you choose, and as the journey continues and you learn more, we can adapt to take on more, or less, responsibility.
